摘要 本文提出了一种新颖的激光光笔式三维坐标测量技术 ,介绍了由三套 CCD光电器件对空间发光点交汇成像而构成的三坐标测量系统 ,由于其测量头为带有点光源的笔 ,故称为光笔式测量系统。文章阐述了该系统的结构设计理论、测量原理及测量精度分析。理论分析与实验证明 ,该系统具有结构简单、应用方便、自动化程度高、测量精度高、适用范围广等先进特点 ,可有效地应用于机械制造、机器人及汽车检测。 In this paper, a novel light pen type of 3D\|coordinate measurement technique is extracted. A 3D\|coordinate measurement system with three sets of CCD devices being used to realize intersection converge imaging is introduced, which is called as the light pen type of measurement system because the measuring head is a pen with light sources. The structure design, measurement principles and measurement accuracy analysis are expounded. The theoretical analysis and experiments prove that this system with the advanced features of simple structure, high automation, high accuracy and wide\|ranging application can be used in the measurement fields of mechanical manufacture, robot, auto, aviation and medicine effectively.
