摘要
提出了利用狭缝进行三维轮廓测量的共焦测量方法 ,应用数字图像处理的方法解决了测量中的有效点标定问题 。
The confocal system with a slit panel is referred in this paper, and digital image processing technique is applied to solve the main problem, which is how to confirm the valid measuring points. At last the flower pattern of coin is measured.
