通过应用系统工程的原理和方法，结合东华大学在行政管理信息系统实现中的实践，综合分析与该系统建设有关的诸多因素，从而提出基于Ｉｎｔｒａｎｅｔ的高校行政管理信息系统实现的一般流程。

Applying the methodology of system engineering and based on the law of the development of system engineering, this paper analyzes a good many facts synthetically concerned with establishment of the system, relating to the establishment practice of the administration management information system in our university. That provides a general process for establishment of Administration Management ln- formation System of universities through Intranet with the methodology of system engineering.
