摘要
为了检测钢丝绳断丝情况 ,目前研制出了一系列的钢丝绳无损检测系统。对于钢丝绳无损检测系统的抗干扰能力 ,许多检测系统主要是从提高检测装置的可靠性来考虑的 ,而没有考虑检测电路、信号传输等其他方面的影响因素。本文从检测系统的检测传感器、信号传输通道、PCB板布线、软件方面的信号预处理等几个方面介绍了提高系统抗干扰能力的措施 。
Many testing system are designed to test wire rope broken silk. About the measure of anti jamming, in those systems, only the reliability of testing apparatus is considered. For more effective anti jamming measure, in this dissertation, considering the factors of sensor,channel, PCB and software, anti jamming measures are systematacially introduced. And the measures are also successfully used in the wire rope broken silk nondestructive testing system.
