港口机械状态监测系统主要由工业控制机、数据采集系统、测量元件及前置处理器等组成。应用该系统 ,可对设备进行适时监测 ,判别设备运行一个时期后的机构、结构状态 ,及时发现和排除故障隐患 ,确保设备的安全运行。
the condition monitoring system of port machinery consists of industry controller, data collecting system, measure components and pre processor. Applying that system, the equipments can be monitored real time, the operating condition of the mechanisms and structures affer a duration of operating can be judged, so that the hidden danger can be discovered and removed in time to ensure safety in production.
