天津港总体布局规划港池发展方向的探讨

Discussion on Harbour Basin Development Direction in the General Layout Planning of Tianjin Port

天津港总体布局规划目前正在修编 ,有人提出将规划主港池由原规划的向北发展改为向东发展。文中将两种方案进行比较 ,对各方案的优缺点进行了论述。主港池向北发展的方案 ,由于建码头的区域水深较浅 ,防波堤、吹填围埝等投资较少 ,挖填基本平衡。实施总体布局规划及其第一阶段并形成建港条件的投资较少 ,续建容易。且规划对未来的适应性优于向东发展。故推荐主港池向北发展方案。

Two options for the development of the main harbour basin are proposed in the general layout planning of Tianjin Port,i.e.development to the north direction and development to the east direction.Comparison is made for these two options and the advantages&disadvantages of each option are discussed in the paper.For the development of the main harbour basin to the north,the water depth in the area where berths are built is rather shallow so the investment for the consturction of breakwater and cofferdam is less and dredging and reclaiming volume is nearly balanced.Th investment to implement the first phase of the general layout planning so as to create conditions for port consturction is rather less,the succeeding expansion works can be carried out easily and its adaptability to the future development is superior over the option of development to the east,therefore the option for the development of the main harbour basin to the north is recommended in the paper.
