流浆箱唇板区边界层分析及边流管设计 被引量:1

摘要 在流浆箱唇板区两侧由于摩擦力作用引起边界层效应,从而导致了喷浆不均匀。本文通过对唇板区边界层的理论分析求出了边界层排挤厚度,指出在唇板区两边加入边流管,引进边流是提高唇板区两边浆流速,改善喷浆均匀性的有效方法,并通过排挤厚度求得了边流管的理论流量,从而可以设计出边流管。 The friction brings about boundary layer effect in the sides of slice section of headbox and makes the velocity of ejection pulp from the headbox uneven. This paper solves for the displacement thickness of boundary layer through theoretical analysis of boundary layer in the sides of slice section.It points out that setting an edge flow pipe in each side of slice section is an efficient way to improve the uniformity of ejecting pulp velocity. It also solves for theoretical flux of edge flow pipe based on the displacement thickness and then an edge flow pipe can be designed.
