摘要 叉杆送接传动机构凸轮曲线的精确度,直接影响印刷机印刷速度的提高。通过叉杆送接传动机构的传动原理与运动分析,确定其约束参数和约束条件。推导出送、接凸轮轮廓曲线方程,并应用C语言程序设计,采用中间比例插入数值法,计算和绘制送、接凸轮轮廓曲线,提高了凸轮轮廓曲线的精确度,为凸轮轮廓曲线的加工,提供了依据。 Precision of cam curve of transmission mechanism by fork rod delivering and receiving affects increasing of printing speed of printing machine directly The finding parameters and conditions were decided and the equation of cam curve of delivering and receiving was deduced by analysis on transmission principle and motion of transmission mechanism by fork rod delivering and receiving .The outline curve of cam was calculated and drown by designing of C language program and numerical value method of middle scale insertion . The precision of outline curve of cam was improved and the basis is provided for processing of outline cam curve.
