摘要
本文讨论了以正硅酸乙酯及硝酸钕为原料,加入少量二甲基甲酰胺、乙二醇作为络合剂,采用溶胶—凝胶法制备Nd_2O3—SiO_2二元系统干凝胶的过程,分析了络合剂在干燥过程中所起的作用,同时对干凝胶的烧结过程及改变溶液组成对凝胶的影响进行了初步的探讨。
This paper discuss the preparation of Nd_2O_3—SIO_2 binary system dired gelaation using ethylsitleate, nitric acid neodymium and alittle of N, N-dimethylformamide and glycol used for complex agent by the sol-gel method, anslysis the use of complex agention the drying processes. At the same time, it also discuss the processes of dried gelation sintering, and the influencs of changing solution composition on gelation.
