城市竞争力是市场经济的产物,反映和衡量一个城市的发展能量和发展水平。南京的城市竞争力,本来已居全国上游。对照经济全球化和信息化的要求,还有待进一步提高,其方向和着力点在科技力、环境力、制度力和管理力。这与推进城市化和城市现代化,是完全一致的。
City' s competitive power comes from market economy, reflects and ponds a urban developing ability and level. The urban competitive power of Nanjing is in the advanced position of the whole countly, but it remains to be further enhanced so as to accord with the demands of economic globalization and informationization . The direction and power point are the sci- tech power, environmental power, systematic power and managemental power. They are consistant with promoting unbanization and city modernization.
