经济全球化对我国政府职能的挑战

The Challenges to the Government of China from the Economic Globalization

本文首先对经济全球化的趋势进行了描述，指出基于知识以及市场全球化的经济环境是我国政府必须面对的现实。在此基础上，文章对我国政府现行的职能所面临的挑战进行了分析，认为全球化经济对政府的挑战主要反映在政府的市场化观念能否与国际接轨、政府自身的能力能否满足市场经济的要求以及来自社会与政府之间的信任危机，最后文章提出了有关的政策性建议。

Based on the analysis of the trend of the integration of the global economy, this paper suggests that the government of China must face the competitive environment with the knowledge economy and the market globalization. Then, under the analysis of the challenges from the economic globalization, the main problems for the government focus on the followings: (1) whether the market concept of China' s government is consisted with the international standard; (2) whether the ability of the government is sufficient to meet the requirement of the market economy; (3) whether the trust crisis between the government and the society can be salved. Finally, it provides some policy suggestions.
