Tentative Ideas of the Security Regulations of Electronic Commerce

我国网络及商务安全立法并不完善，而国内却已有学者认为我国电子商务安全法律体系已基 本完备；对此，提出质疑，并从计算机系统、网络及网上交易三方面比较分析了国内外立 法状况，在指出我国电子商务安全立法存在问题的基础上，提出了相应的改进意见。

Our country's network and legislation of commercial security is not perfect, however, some scholars regard our country's electronic commerce security law system as basically complete. The author questions it, compares and analyses the legislative conditions both inside and outside of our country on three aspects: computer system, network and transaction through computer. Then, on the basis of pointing out the existence of our country's electronic commercial security legislation problem, the author puts forward some ideas of approvement.
