The development of technologies brings not only new intelligent products, but also thorough changes to the developing style and t he use-style of the existing intelligence products. The present intelligence property system shall be not only replenished for the former, but also adjusted for the latter. The paper analyzes the development style and the protection system of Linux, a highspeed developed operating system, and puts forward proposals to the present intelligence property system of computer software.
