自制三角枕用于预防褥疮的研究

Study on the prevention of the bedsore by using the triangle pillow,

目的 :研究三角枕用于预防褥疮的效果。方法 :根据人体力学原理研制了三角枕 ,为患者更换卧位时将三角枕纵放于患者的肩背部至骶尾部和膝下作支点 ,使患者保持 45～ 6 0度的倾角卧位。结果 :使用三角枕的 85 0例患者的受压面皮肤无明显变化。结论

Objective:To explore the prevention of the bedsore by using triangle pillow.Method:The triangle pillow was made according to the body mechanics principle.When the patients changed the posture.The triangle pillow was put under the shoulder,sacrococcyx and knee of the patient,so patient was lain on the side with forty-five to sixty degrees.Result:The pressed skin of 850 patients who used the triangle pillow show no injury.Conclusion:The use of tniangle pillow can prevent the bedsore.
