化疗期健康教育对患者生活质量的作用

目的 :了解健康教育对化疗期患者生活质量的影响。方法 :将 76例化疗期患者随机分为实验组与对照组 ,观察其化疗期间自我形象、化疗知识及各种并发症的预防与配合。结果 :通过观察发现 ,实施健康教育后 ,能充分调动患者的主观能动性 ,积极配合化疗和护理 ,患者各种适应能力明显高于对照组。结论 :健康教育可有效改善患者的认知能力 。
