肿瘤患者满意度调查分析及对策

The investigation and analysis of satifactory degree from tumor patients

目的 :了解肿瘤患者对护士服务的满意度。方法 :问卷调查 146例住院患者 ,其中大外科患者 6 0例 ,内科患者 46例 ,放疗患者 40例。结果 :大外科患者对护理工作的满意度为 94 0 2 % ,内科为 89 71% ,放疗科为 91 74% ,科室之间存在着差异 ,调查项目的满意度之间存在着差异。结论 :为提高住院患者的满意度 ,必须重视对非手术患者尤其是晚期肿瘤患者的身心整体护理 ,加强对住院患者的“3次谈话” ,注重护理人员的知识更新 ,提高专科护理水平 。

Objective:To investigate about satifactory degree from tumor patients on nursing Method:Have undergone investigation over 146 cases inpatients,60 cases in surgery department,46 cases in physician department,40 cases in radio therapy department Result:As for satisfactory degree 94 02% in surgery department,89 71% in physician,91 7% in radiotherapy(P<0 05) Conclusion:Holistic nursing is importmant in improving satisfactory degree,nursing knowledge renewation improvement of specialty nursing should be paid attention to
