整体护理模式病房评审方法与分析

目的 :对整体护理进行阶段性总结以确定今后发展方向。方法 :制定评审标准 ,满分 10 0分 ,<85分为不达标 ,对 16个模式病房整体护理开展情况分为 5个方面考评。结果 :16个科室全部达标 ,各项达标水平分别为护理管理品质 98% ;护理业务品质 77 7% ;护理效果品质 94% ;文件资料品质89 4% ;护理人员业务品质 90 2 %。结论 :院内开展整体护理模式病房评审 。

Objective:To put an stage conclusion about holistic nursing to determine the progression direction Method:To put forward evaluation standard,100 as full mark;fail if less than 85,then undergo evaluation over 16 wards Result:All 16 wards meet the standard nursing management 98% Nursing profession 77 7%,nursing result 94%,document data 89 4% nurses profession quality 90 2% Con^clusion:Evaluation of holistic nursing ward can improve its progress
