摘要
BOT是各国吸引外资的一种重要方式 ,我国政府也给予了极大的关注。文章在分析我国运用BOT的现状、法律环境的基础上 ,找出我国运用BOT投资方式存在的问题 。
BOT is an important style of absorbing foreign investment in various countries to which our government pays great attention. This article analyzes the current condition of our application of BOT in China and studies the legal circumstances suitable for BOT. By pointing out the problems in our application in BOT, the article provides the suggestions.
