Chinese political party system has its distinct character. To optimize and perfect such system, the balance between the leadership of CPC and the independence of other democratic parties must be realized, the political system reform must be promoted and the socialist democratic politics must be developed. The article emphasizes that to enhance the political party consciousness of various democratic parties is the first important thing for optimizing and perfecting Chinese political party system.
