西亚的音乐文化

The Musical Culture of Western Asia

应武汉音乐学院之邀 ,日本东京艺术大学音乐学部柘植元一教授于 2 0 0 0年 9月的最后一周 ,在武汉音乐学院学术厅进行了学术演讲 ,“西亚的音乐文化”是此次二个专题中的一个 ,另一专题为“日本的传统音乐”。柘植元一教授多年潜心研究西亚音乐、特别是伊朗音乐 ,是该领域国际知名学者。演讲中同时播放了部分西亚音乐的珍贵音像资料 ,受到欢迎和好评。文章主要根据当时的演讲稿 ,同时参照柘植元一教授编著的《亚洲音乐史》① 译出。

Chinese Translator's notes: Professor Gen ichi Tsuge from Department of Musicology, Tokyo Geijutsu Daigaku (Art University), Japan made two lectures in Wuhan Conservatory of Music in the last week of September, 2000. The Musical Culture Circle of Western Asia was one of them, and another one was Japanese Traditional Music. Professor Tsuge Genyiqi has researched the Western Asia music, especially Iran Music for many years, so he is a well known scholar on this field in the world.
