该文从麦氏方程出发 ,说明电磁势的引入使得电磁场方程容易求解 ,可以看出产生新时空观念的必要性 。
This article talks about the important significance of electromagnetic potential,introduce it into theory make the function of electromagnet field easy to solve and we can see the necessary to change old space time concept.Expounding the more important statue of it from quantum theory.
