摘要
采用电化学法连续处理碳纤维 ,通过阳极氧化剥除 T— 30 0碳纤维表面耐热性差的环氧涂层 ,重新涂覆了几种加稀土化合物的耐热涂层 .研究了在 316℃条件下 ,5 0 h、10 0 h、15 0 h热氧化对 T— 30 0 CF /聚酰亚胺 ( KH— 30 4)复合材料层间剪切强度的影响 .并且用 SEM观测了 T— 30 0 CF/KH— 30 4复合材料的断口形貌 .
Epoxy coating which has a poor thermal stability on T-300 carbon fiber has been removed using continuous anodic oxidation method and several adding rare earth salt resins have been coated.The effect of thermal oxidation on interlayer shear strength of T-300CF/Polyimide composites in 316℃ for 50h,100h,150h is studied.In addition,the fracture behaviour of T-300CF/Polyimide composites is observed by SEM.
