Knowledge management is the development of information management.Its specific goal and basic connotation is innovation,responsiveness,productivity and competency.Knowledge management of university office includes external and internal connotation,which depends on the construction of office automation.To realize the innovation of university office automation,we should equip the office with facilties completely.The other steps are:(1)constructing and maintaining office information system;(2)constituting the standard system and security system;(3)promoting the quality of office workers.
