摘要
芬兰手机厂商诺基亚公司 ,创建于 186 5年 ,初为一木材加工厂 ,到 2 0世纪 90年代初发展成综合性企业。由于受苏联解体冲击 ,该公司一度濒临倒闭之边缘。在此背景下 ,诺基亚大胆起用奥利拉 ,并开始实施归核化战略 ,经过近 10年的发展 ,不仅摆脱了困境 ,而且一跃而成为手机行业的世界级顶尖大公司。诺基亚的成功 ,在企业领导成员的选拔、企业战略的确立和实施、企业文化的培育等方面 ,对中国企业发展并走向国际 ,均有一定的借鉴意义。
Nokia is now a factory that produces mobile telephone in Finland.Founded in 1865,Nokia was originally a timber mill and had been expanded into a multiple corporation in 1990s.Being subjected to the disintegration of Soviet Union,this corporation once verged on bankruptcy.J·Olila was appointed under this circumstances and began to implement the core strategy.After 10 years,Nokia has not only extricated from a predicament,but also expanded into the top notch corporation of mobile telephone industry.The successes of Nokia are very significant to the development of China's enterprises on such aspects as the choosing of corporation leaders,the determining and implementing of corporation strategy and the cultivating of corporation culture.
