广东省固体废物污染严重 ,其原因在于法律法规不完善 ;固体废物处理处置硬件设施严重缺乏 ;执法监督机制不健全等。防治固体废物污染的对策是 :加强立法 ,严格执法 ;制定规划 ,加快固体废物处理处置硬件设施建设 ;制定激励政策 ,吸收民间资本和外资进入环保产业 ;加强宣传教育 。

The pollution of the solid waster materials is serious in Guangdong,which is subject to such factors as:imperfect rules of law;lack of disposal facilities of solid waster materials;imperfect mechanism of enforcement supervision,etc.The preventive measures of pollution of the solid waster materials are:making laws and enforcing the law strictly;working out a plan and building disposal facilities;formulating encouraging policies to absorb private and foreign capital into environmental protection industry;spreading education and improving the knowledge and consciousness of preventing pollution of the people.
