中山市跨世纪年轻领导人才培育的实践与思考

摘要 中山市从实践出发 ,总结近年培育选拔年轻领导人才的主要做法 ,落实“一个规划、两项工程、三条途径、四项制度”,对于当前主要在思想观念、培养措施、自身素质、社会环境等方面存在的问题 ,提出了三项对策措施 :一是认清形势任务 ,切实增强培养年轻领导人才的使命感 ;二是明确目标要求 ,抓紧落实年轻领导人才的培育工作 ;三是进一步解放思想 ,努力创造有利于优秀年轻领导人才脱颖而出的环境和条件。 Zhongshan municipality have summarized many methods on how to cultivate talents and select Yong Leader according to practical experience in recent years,for example ,these methods were epitomized into 'one layout,two projects,three approaches and four systems.'In allusion to the main problems respecting ideology,quality,training measures and social circumstances and so on,the countermeasures that have been offered includes making much of mission sense of Cultivating Yong Leader,enhancing Cultivating work according to the aim and request,and creating good circumstances for Yong Talents to show themselves fully,etc.
