采用全血细胞分析 ,对田径运动员的机能水平和健康状况进行评定 ,使教练员根据客观指标的变化科学地安排训练计划 ,及时调整运动量 ,对预防和早期发现疾病 ,防止运动性贫血 ,杜绝疲劳的发生 ,起到了积极的作用。
This essay probes into the application of all blood cells supervision in training.It enables the coach to know the conditions of sportsmen and plan training scientically,adjust training load.
