我国女子链球运动员顾原各项素质和专项成绩的关系

The Relation between the Main Physical Fitness and the Specific Performance of Chinese Woman Hammer Thrower Gu Yuan

采用灰色关联分析方法 ,对我国女子链球运动员顾原各项素质和专项成绩的关系进行了研究。结果发现 ,顾原的专项成绩的提高 ,与后抛 3kg铅球、高翻杠铃、高抓杠铃、专项投 5kg链球、专项投 3kg链球关系密切 。

By analyzing the method of the grey correlation,the author has studied the relation between the main physical fitness and the specific performance of Chinese woman hammer thrower Gu Yuan and found that the improvement of Gu Yuans performance has some close relations with the 3?kg shot throwing back over the head,specific throwing of 5?kg hammer,specific throwing of 3?kg hammer,clean to the chest and power snatch.And some training suggestions have been put forward here.
