在标枪投掷技术中 ,左腿在交叉步及最后用力的衔接中起到引导、制动和支撑的作用。从交叉步和最后用力这两个紧密相连的环节中 ,对左腿的动作及其意义进行生物力学探讨 。
In the javelin throw,the left leg plays the roles of guiding,breaking and sustaining in the join of cross steps and find force.This article probes into the left leg movement and its significance in the close link of cross steps and final force for the purpose of fully understanding the role of left leg in the javelin throw.
