乳磨牙金属成品冠两种修复法的比较

A study of two restorative protocols with custom-made metal crowns in deciduous molars

目的 观察两种方法作乳磨牙金属成品冠修复的临床效果 ,探讨更佳修复方法 ,提高临床修复效果。方法 采用直接法、间接法对因乳磨牙牙体大部分缺损而就诊的 3 4例 ( 44颗患牙 )作金属成品冠的修复 ,并定期复查 ,观察 2年。结果 直接法修复的冠脱落率为 1 8.2 %、冠磨损率 9.1 %、龈炎患病率 1 3 .6% ;间接法修复则各为 4 .2 %、0 %和 4 .2 %。结论 间接法可减少乳磨牙成品冠的冠脱落、冠穿孔和牙龈炎的发生 ,临床修复效果有所提高。

Objective This study was to investigate the clinical effects of two restorative protocols with custom made metal crowns for deciduous molar defects, take a better alternative for clinical use and improve clinical restorative efficacy by using a more effective protocol. Method Forty four teeth in 34 patients with massive dental crown defects were divided into two groups at random and restored with custom made metal crown by means of direct and indirect protocols, respectively. A two year follow up was performed for each patient. Results In the group with direct protocol, the incidences of metal crown dislocation, metal crown damage, and gingivitis were 18.2%, 9.1%, and 13.6%, respectively; while in the group with indirect protocol, the incidences were 4.2%, 0%, and 4.2%, respectively. Conclusion The indirect restorative protocol may improve clinical restorative effects by decreasing the incidences of the metal crown dislocation, the crown perforation, and gingivitis.
