哮喘患者氧化/抗氧化系统的变化及意义 被引量:2

Change and significance on oxidation-antioxidation in patients with bronchial asthma

摘要 为探讨支气管哮喘 (哮喘 )患者体内氧化 /抗氧化系统的变化及其与哮喘的相关性 ,选择 40例非急性发作期哮喘患者、2 0例健康人 (对照组 ) ,用放射免疫法和分光光度法测定血清超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、过氧化氢酶 (CAT)活性及丙二醛 (MDA)含量 ,同时测定 1秒种用力肺活量实测值和预计值百分比 (FEV1 % )。结果显示 ,哮喘患者 SOD、CAT活性低于对照组 (P<0 .0 1,P<0 .0 5 ) ;MDA含量高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ;哮喘患者 MDA含量与 FEV1 %呈显著负相关 (P<0 .0 1) ;哮喘患者吸入沙丁胺醇治疗后 MDA含量减低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,沙丁胺醇 +必可酮吸入治疗者较单独吸入沙丁胺醇治疗者 SOD活性升高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,MDA含量下降 (P<0 .0 5 )。表明氧化 /抗氧化系统失衡是哮喘发病的重要机制之一 ,应用 β2 -受体兴奋剂及吸入糖皮质激素均可减少氧化物的产生。 To study the correlation between oxidation antioxidation and asthma 40 patients of asthma in the stage of non acute episode and 20 healthy persons(control group)were observed The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT),the value of malonaldehyde(MDA)in serum were measured by radioimmunoassay and spectrophotometry methods The actual value and the ratio of actual value to the predict value of forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV 1%)were evaluated Results showed that the value of MDA in the group of asthma was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0 01) But the activities of SOD,CAT were lower than that of control group(P<0 01,P<0 05) The value of MDA in serum was significantly negatively correlated with FEV 1%(r=-0 38 P<0 01) The value of MDA of post treatment in the group of inhaled salbutamol was lower than that of pretreatment(P<0 05) The activities of SOD of post treatment in the group of inhaled salbutamol and Becotide was higher than that of post treatment in the group of inhaled salbutamol(P<0 05),and the value of MDA was lower(P<0 05) This suggests the imbalance of oxidation and antioxidation in the patients of asthma was one of the important pathogenesis of asthma To application β 2 receptor stimulant and inhale glucocorticoid could reduce oxide
