According to the spirit and theme of the age, combining reality of Chinese reform and construction and absorbing the advantage of various theories of development, Deng Xiaoping established a concept of development with chinese features, exposed the fundamental task and nature of development-developing productive force and pointed out that the key in development is the effective organization and correct leadership of a country.
