近年来，我国政府采取一系列措施扩大内需，使国内市场的消费形势有所好转，但有效需求不足仍然是困扰经济增长的重要因素。因此，加大改革力度，逐步提高城乡居民收入水平，改兽消费心理预期，积极开拓市场，是提高我国居民当前消费水平的重要途径。

In recent years, our govemment has adopted a series of measures to expand in- ternal demand, thus improving the consumptive situation of domestic market. But insuffi- ciency of effective demand is still an important factor that affects economic increase. There- fore, the important way to improve the present consumptive level of people in our country is to increase the dynamics of reform, further improve the income level of people in both cities and the country, improve psychological expectation for consumption and actively open up market.
