谈基层干部对“三个代表”重要思想的实践

Practice of Cadres at the Grass－ roots Level in Fulfilling the Requirements of the“ Three Represent's”

基层干部对“三个代表”思想的实践的重要一步，是深刻反省发展生产力中的观念不强，力度不够，中气不足等问题，抓好以提高科技含量为目标的农村经济的结构性调整，以抓设施建设，开展活动，打击迷信不法势力来促进农民思想道德素质与科学文化水平的提高，基层干部更要摆正公仆位置，密切干群关系，切实抓好减负工作。

In fulfilling the reguirements of the“ Three Represent's” ,our cardres at the grass－ roots level must have the courage to face up the problems existing in developing productive forces.In light of these problems, they need to focus on the following aspects of work:promoting the restructuring of agriculture and the rural economy;stepping up the construction of agricultural and rural infrastructure;improving farmers' ideological,ethical,scientific and cultural qualities;enhancing their own awareness of public servants of the people;and making great efforts to reduce the burdens on farmers.
