高校青年教师党建工作问题分析

Party Building Work among Young Teachers in Colleges and Universities

高校青年教师党建工作乏力现状表现为：青年教师入党动机减弱，青年教师党员比例有降低趋势，青年教师政治思想水平普遍不高，集体组织观念淡薄。要扭转此种局面，必须以切合实际的政治思想教育为主导，以与高校教学实践结合的组织建设工作为推进，以富有教育感召力的多样集体活动为突破。

At present,there is a falling off in Party building work among young teachers in colleges and universities,which can be described as“ a lack of force” .In view of this situation,we should take active measures to improve our work,i.e.“ making political and ideological education the leading force,making organizational building the driving force and making the launching of various collective activities a breakthrough” .
