There are large quantities of professional cadres for youth league at universities. In view of regional differences and peat discrepancy between different universities, one can find many varieties of these cadres? work and mind. Admittedly, there are many difficulties that the cadres of college youth league have to tackle in their job, study and living now. On such a situation should be put enough emphasis by university leaders and the department responsible for this issue.
