投融资机制改革的深化与经济增长

A study of the relation between the capital and financial system and the growth of economy

目前，我国在经济增长中存在投资效率低下问题。随着改革的深入，现有以国有银行为主导的投融资机制不利于全面提高投资效率。建立直接融资和间接融资相结合的市场主导型投融资体制是提高投资效率，促进经济增长的现实选择。根据我国实际，应从改革投融资体制，调整投资结构，转变投资方式等方面采取措施，使国民经济高质量高效率持续增长。

China still has to face the problem of low efficiency in its investment even during the period of eco- nomic growth. As the economic reform gets further development, the current system of investment and money circulation that is characterized with the leadership of state owned banks does not seem to be beneficial to the promotion of the efficiency of investment. A real choice for promoting investment efficiency and accelerating economic growth is to establish an investment system that focuses on market on the basis of combining direct in- vestment and indirect one. China should take some measures like those of reforming the system of investment and money circulation, adjusting the structure of investment, and changing the mode of investment to improve its economy on the basis of its national reality. These efforts will keep a maintaining growth of its economy in the way of high quality and high efficiency.
