摘要
目的 开辟简便、安全、疗效可靠、无损伤、痛苦小的子宫肌瘤栓塞治疗方法。方法 采用PVA加明胶海绵经Cobra 4F超滑导管行子宫动脉栓塞。结果 3个月复查肿瘤缩小 16 78% ,6个月缩小 2 1 40 % ,一年内缩小 2 5 %～5 5 %。
Objective An easy, safe, reliable,noninvasive and less painful treatment of hysteromyoma with arterial embolism was developed.Methodes Arterial embolism of hysteromyoma was carried out with PVA and absorbable gelatin sponge via cobra 4F fuide wire in 19 patients.Results The size of tumors was reduced 16.78% after 3 months, 21.40% after 6 months, and 25%～55% within a year. Conclusion Treating hysteromyoma with arterial embolism has significant clinical value in practice.
