Color Doppler Flow Imaging in the Diagnosis of Deep Thrombus of the Lower Extremity

探讨彩色多普勒血流显像在下肢深静脉血栓诊断中的价值。方法 应用彩色多普勒血流显像仪 ,报道 30条下肢深静脉血栓 ,描述了其声像图特征 ,并与X线血管造影相对照。结果 血栓存在部位与X线血管造影相符。彩色多普勒诊断下肢深静脉血栓的敏感性为 92 %～ 95 % ,特异性 97%～ 10 0 %。结论 彩色多普勒无创、方便 。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) in deep thrombosis of the lower extremity.Methods Thirty cases with deep venous thrombus in lower extremity were diagnosed by CDFI. The echographic features of this disease were described. The results of CDFI were compared with that of angiography.Results For detecting the location of thrombus,the finding in CDFI was the same in angiography. The sensitivity and specificity of CDFI in diagnosis of deep venous thrombus in lower extremity were 92%～95% and 97%～100% respectively.Conclusion CDFI is likely the first choice in diagnosis of deep venous thrombus in the lower extrimity as its noninvasiveness and convenience.
