摘要
疝修补材料具有组织相容性好、坚强、柔软、耐久、抗感染的优点及使用后明显降低术后复发 ,因此促进了疝修补术 ,尤其是各种无张力疝修补术的发展。本文介绍了几种主要的疝修补材料和缝合材料的优缺点及人们对未来“理想”
The biomaterials for hernioplasty has been proceeded.Because these prostheses had satisfied histocompatibility,strong,pliable and resistant to infection in tissues and obviously decreased recurrence of postoperation. They promoted the development of hernia surgery,especially the tension-free hernioplasties. The advantage and disadvantage of some of main synthetic prostheses and suture materials and requirements of 'ideal' prosthetic biomateral for the future were described.
