摘要
目的 研究Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的听力改变。方法 应用多功能生理仪对 3 5例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者组与 3 9例对照组进行脑干听觉诱发电位测定 ,观察Ⅰ -Ⅲ峰间潜伏期和Ⅰ -Ⅴ峰间潜伏期两耳差值改变。结果 Ⅱ型糖尿病的主要异常是Ⅰ -Ⅲ峰间潜伏期延长和Ⅰ -Ⅴ峰间潜伏期两耳差值增大。结论 脑干听觉诱发电位可作为观察Ⅱ型糖尿病患者听力改变的客观指标。
Objective To study the hearing change in elderly patients with type Ⅱ diabetes.Methods The brainstem auditory evoked potentials for 35 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes and 39 healthy control subjects were recorded by multi-functional physiological instruments.Results The main abnormal of the BAEP for type Ⅱ diabetes showed that the interpeak latencies(IPL) of the waves Ⅰ-Ⅲ was delayed and the difference on both IPL of the wave Ⅰ-Ⅴ was increased. Conclusion The BAEP could be used as the objective index of hearing change for type Ⅱ diabetes.
