皮肤粘合剂“爱必肤”用于小儿先天性心脏病手术切口闭合的临床早期观察

摘要 目的 观察皮肤粘合剂“爱必肤”(EPIGLU ,主要成分为 2 -乙基氰丙烯酸酯 )应用于小儿先天性心脏病术后切口的效果。方法 将“爱必肤”点涂于先天性心脏病后对合良好的皮肤切口表面共 3 0例 ,并观察 12天。结果  2 9例切口愈合较好或仅有轻微开裂 ,1例有部分开裂 (重新缝合后愈合 )。 4例有伤口渗血 ,2例较多。所有例数均未见过敏反应 ,未见皮肤感染。结论 皮肤粘合剂“爱必肤”粘合对合良好的皮肤切口效果确实可靠 ,不需拆线 ,组织反应小 。 Objective The effect of skin adhesive-EPIGLU(ethyl-2-cyanoacrylate) in pediatric thoracic incision after operation for congenital heart disease was studied.Methods The skin low tension incisions after operation for congenital heart disease in 30 cases were treated with EPIGLU skin adhesive. The patients were followed up for 12 days.Results The incisions of 29 cases healed with no or minor problems. Partial healing occurred in 1 case who was sutured afterwards. Four cases developed incision hemorrhage and 2 of them presented more severely. There were no allergic reaction and incision infection in all cases.Conclusion Application of tissue adhesive EPIGLU is an effective method for skin closure in low-tension incision. Advantages of tissue adhesive for incision includes no sutures and less tissue reaction. There is prospective spreading clinical application of skin adhesives in surgery.
