百特OXIM-Ⅱ06 Plus膜肺在小儿外科临床应用(附201例病例报告)

Clinical Application of Baxter OXIM-Ⅱ 06 Plus Infant/Pediatric Membrane Oxygenator--Report of 201 cases

目的 评价改进型的百特OXIM -Ⅱ 0 6Plus(百特小号 )膜肺的性能和质量。方法 选择百特小号氧合器在体外循环中应用的手术病人 2 0 1例 ,体重 3 8～ 2 0kg,平均 9 14± 3 19kg,体外转流时间为 18～ 2 89min,平均 5 9± 4 3min ,阻断时间为 8～ 12 2min ,平均 3 6± 2 1min。术中监测血气、血红蛋白尿发生率、升降温速率。结果 在体外循环中监测血气都在正常范围内 ,血红蛋白尿发生率低 ( 5 9% ) ,变温效果达到临床要求包括深低温手术 ,体外循环过程平稳 ,且百特小号预充量为 110ml,流量是 2 0L。结论 百特小号氧合气在临床上使用广泛 ,性能较好 ,适合于新生儿到 2

Objective The quality and function of Baxter OXIM-Ⅱ06 Plus(small) membrane oxygenator in clinical application were evaluated.Methods The clinical application of Baxter(small) oxygenator in 201 cases was studied. The patients' weight range from 3.8～20kg〔mean of (9.14±3.19)kg〕; bypass time was from 18～289min〔mean of (59±43)min〕; the aortic cross clamp time ranged from 8～122min〔mean of (36±21)min〕. During the surgical procedure, blood gases, occurrence of hemoglobinurin and blood temperature were monitored. Results The blood gases were within normal rang in all cases during bypass. The occurrence of hemoglobinuria was low(5.9%). It had appropriate thermo-changing effect including deep hypothermia. The procedure was stable during cardiopulmonary bypass. The primary volume was 110ml and the flow rate was 2.0L. Conclusion It was demonstrated that the OXIM-Ⅱ 06 Plus infant/pediatric membrane oxygenator possesses of good function and performs effectively in infants and children under 20kg.
