经过多年的探索和改革 ,大学生的思想政治教育已基本步入正轨 .但是 ,随着形势的不断变化 ,如何对跨世纪的大学生进行思想政治教育又成为一个崭新的课题 .准确掌握大学生思想变化规律 ,研究并确认定位点 .提出有针对性的施教方案 ,对学生进行系统的、科学的教育 ,以达到 2 1世纪对人才更新。

After years' hard work in researching and reforming, the ideological and political education in the colleges and universities in China has been put on the right track. But with the unceasing change of the situation, how to carry out the ideological and political education for the cross-the-century university students appears as an old but brand-new problem. This paper begins with how to fix the position of the university students' ideological change patterns, and then determines the locating point. On the basis of this, the systematic and scientific educational plans are presented to meet the newer and higher needs of the talented persons in the 21st century.
