外语专业学科建设的基本思路与实践

Ideas on Specialty Construction of Foreign Languages

学科建设是高等教育改革的关键 ,是系部、专业建设的基础 .结合大连民族学院外国语言文化系近四年来工作实际 ,从学科建设目标、专业方向确定、教师队伍建设等七个方面探讨外语专业学科建设的思路和实践 。

Discipline construction is not only the crux of the reform in higher education,but also a basis for the construction of departments and specialties.Based on the four-year working practice of the foreign languages and culture department in Dalian Nationalities University ,this paper probes into the thinking and practice of the discipline construction of foreign languages specialties from seven perspectives including the goal of the discipline construction,the determination of specialty orientation,the construction of the teaching staff,and so on,for the purpose of bringing the topic into further discussion.
