肌肤康对实验动物抗炎抗渗出作用研究

Effects of Jifukang on anti-inflamation and anti-exudation in animal experiment

目的 :观察肌肤康对实验动物抗炎、消肿、止痛作用。方法 :制备动物烫伤模型 ,随机分成四组 :治疗组、阳性对照组、基质对照组、阴性对照组。分别给予肌肤康、京万红、基质、蒸馏水 ,并对结果进行统计学处理。结果 :肌肤康对大白鼠实验性烫伤具有明显的抗渗出作用 ,与对照组比 ,2h、2 4hP <0 .0 5 ,48hP <0 .0 1具有显著差异 ;能明显减少实验性烫伤创面组织含水量 ,与对照组比较 ,有非常显著性差异 ,P <0 .0 1;对实验动物毛细血管通透性增高有明显的抑制作用 ,与对照组比较 ,有非常显著性差异P <0 .0 1。结论 :肌肤康对烫伤创面有抗炎、抗渗出作用。

Objective To study the effect of Jifukang on anti-inflamation and anti-exudation in animal experiment.Method The prepared animal scald mould were divided into four groups and treated respectively with Jifukang,Jingwanghong,pure matrix and distilled water.The results were analysed statistically.Result Comparing with the rest three remdeies,the anti-inflamation and anti-exudation effect of Jifukang is much better.In antiexudation,there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the controls after experimenting for 2h and 24h(P<0.05),48h(P<0.01). The water quantity in scald tissue of the experimental group was lower than that of the controls(P<0.01).The effect of Jifukang was quite effecfive in inhibiting the permeability of rat's capillary.There was a significant difference between the experimental group and the controls (P<0.01).Conclusion Jifukang is effective on anti-inflamation and anti-exudatoin in experimenal animals scald tissue.
