克塞灵治疗重度妊高征及并发症的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on therapeutic efficacy of catholen in the treatment of PIH

目的 :研究、探讨克塞灵 (降纤酶 )在治疗重度妊娠高血压综合征 (妊高征 )的有效性和安全性。方法 :选择重度妊高征患者 6 0例 ,随机分为两组。实验组 (31例 )给予硫酸镁 10～ 15 g ,加用克塞灵 5U ,静脉滴注。对照组 (2 9例 )给予硫酸镁 10～ 15 g。于用药前后监测患者血流变化及尿蛋白变化 ,胎儿宫内状态及产后 2h出血量。 结果 :与治疗前比较 ,实验组患者尿蛋白显著下降 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,红细胞聚集、纤维蛋白原均极显著降低 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,胎心胎动无显著性差异 ,产后 2h出血量无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :克塞灵治疗重度妊高征安全、有效。

Objective To study the efficiency and safety of catholen on treating PIH.Methods 60 patients infected with PIH were chosen and classified into test group (31 samples) and control group (29 samples) at random. The patients in test group,were given MgSO 410～15g and catholen 5 units was added through intravenous drip.In contrast group,only MgSO 410～15g was given.Then the variation of blood flow,urinary protein,intrauterine state and amount of bleeding in 2 hours after bearing were monitored.Results Compared with those of the patients in contrast group, urinary protein of patients in contrast group decreased dramatically(P<0.001),hemoagglutination and fibrinogen also had an extremely dramatic decrease(P<0.001),but there were no dramatic difference in fetal hearts,fetal movements and amount of bleeding in 2 hours after bearing(P>0.001).Conclusion PIH can be cured with catholen safely and efficiently.
