城市脆弱人群健康问题及卫生服务利用的定性研究

Qualitative study on health problems of vulnerable people and how they cope with their problems

该文采用定性研究方法 ,对南通、淄博两市的老人、贫困者、下岗 /失业者、流动人口和残疾者 5类脆弱人群共 65例进行深入访谈 ,了解他们及其家庭成员的健康问题及如何处理其健康问题的具体情况。目的是为在改革的新形势下研究卫生服务的公平性 ,为研究脆弱人群的基本医疗保障提供切实的依据。

This paper analyzed five vulnerable groups including aged, poverty, laid off/unemployment, migrant, and handicap people in Nantong and Zibo city with in depth interviews to understand the health problems of the vulnerable people and how they cope with their health problems. The purposes are to study the equity of health services in the reforming situation, and to propose strategies for ensuring vulnerable group people to access medical care.
