图书馆应以文献资源为切入点参与到西部大开发中 ,作好宣传工作并提供可靠、确实的信息 ,辅助领导层决策 ,制定出合理的切实可行的发展规划。充分运用馆藏优势和资源共享的途径为西部大开发培养大量的创新人才。

Library should take active part in 'Development of West' with document and data as a participant point, do propaganda good and offer 'Development of West' reliable and accurate information, and help leaders to draw up rational development plan,and make full use of its collection and sharing resources to cultivate more creative talent for West.
