ABO和Rh血型分布及其相关性分析

Distribution and Correlation between ABO and Rh Blood Groups

目的 :了解南昌地区献血人群的ABO、Rh血型的分布状况 ,探讨其血型抗原表现型频率分布间是否相关。方法 :应用红细胞凝集试验和抗D盐水法及抗人球蛋白法分别测定ABO和Rh血型并确认Rh0 (D)阴性血型 ,同时用分型血清进行Rh0 (D)阴型表现型检测。结果 :献血人群ABO血型基因频率为r >p >q ,表现型分布特征为O >A >B >AB。Rh0 (D)阴性占 0 .4 2 % ,表现型ccdee居多占 4 5 .8% ,cde基因频率 0 .0 4 3 9,其分布特征为ccdee>Ccdee>CCdee>ccdEe >ccdEE。结论 :ABO、Rh血型为两个独立的血型系统 ,掌握其在献血人群中的分布规律 ,对Rh0(D)阴性稀有血型档案库的建立 ,缓解医疗输血中血型缺乏状况 ,提高临床输血治疗水平 。

Objective: To investigate the distribution of ABO and Rh blood groups and correlation between them in blood donors in Nanchang.Methods:ABO and Rh of the blood donors were examined by RBC agglutination test, anti D(antigen), and anti human globulin methods, respectively.Results:Gene freguency in the ABO blood group was r>p>q in the blood donors. Distribution characteristc of their phenotype was blood group O >A >B >AB.The negative of Rh?(D antigen) blood group was 0.42% in the donors. Phenotype of gene ccdee was about 45.8% in the Rh negative group. Frequency of gene cde was 0.0439 and the characteristc of gene distribution was ccdee>Ccdee>CCdee>ccdEe>ccdEE.Conclusion: ABO and Rh are two independent systems of blood types. Understanding the distribution characteristc of ABO and Rh blood groups is very important to decrease immune response of transfusion and improve the treatment of clinical transfusion.
